I had done my homework. I wanted my 1990’s typical condo kitchen to become suitable for an age-in-place scenario. I had lists and ideas. Most importantly, I was listened to. With only a few changes, I got more than what I hoped for. Delize is not inexpensive – but you get quality, professional workmanship and care that’s worth it. Never mind the daily clean-up of the worksite (my kitchen), the workmen also ensured that any detritus from the renovation that made its way to the condo hallway and elevator was cleaned up promptly. (my fellow residents just couldn’t get over that!). While I didn’t require extensive access to the interior designer the company employs, her observations were appreciated and, in the end – right on. Highly recommend you consider Delize to tackle your renovation.

Delize converted a former closer into a built in bed and sitting shelf. The whole job was done quickly and the communication from Keegan and everyone else was excellent. There was never mess left behind and all the costs were communicated clearly. Can’t recommend Delize enough if you need a renovation in the area.

From change orders to scheduling and any issues that arose along the way. The attention to detail was also extremely high.
