Aspen Gardens
When this 1960s bi-level came up for sale in their dream neighbourhood in Edmonton, our clients jumped at the opportunity. Partnering with Weaver Design Inc for the interior design we turned this dated house into a dream home. We removed a wall to create an open kitchen, dining, and living space, updated both bathrooms, added a bar in the basement, gave the fireplace a facelift, and installed beautiful new vinyl plank on both levels. The entire house got a makeover with paint, absolutely stunning tile, gorgeous matte black plumbing fixtures, and new light fixtures. We also updated all the doors including the front exterior door, adding a sidelight, transom window, dining room window, and replacing a dining room window with a patio sliding door to access the brand new deck we built for them.
It was an amazing experience to take a tired space and breathe new life into it. We hope our wonderful clients have many happy years here.

Look through the transformation of an impressive staircase and more!
The 10mm tempered glass paired with an open rise allows natural light to flow through the first and second level, while the espresso stained oak complements the fresh paint and new wood flooring.
The basement bar took on a life of its own with the LED strip lights!
Renovating is often the way to enjoy the benefits of an established neighborhood home with the look of a new build!
Crawford Plains
We tackled the main floor of this bungalow while our clients patiently camped out in their basement for a few months. The cool vibe of this modern, grey kitchen came together by opening up walls and layering trendy elements from floor to ceiling — including vinyl plank floors, quartz counters, glass tiles, and caged lighting!

This entire 1970s home was transformed from dingy browns to a white canvas with touches of class through modern and traditional elements. A wall was removed to open up the kitchen and dining space. Built in bench seating in the kitchen nook offers more seating space and the sunken family room fireplace is now a center piece after covering the brick fireplace with drywall and stacked stone. The laundry room was expanded by removing two closets and adding a boot room system. The master bedroom ceiling was transformed with a coffered ceiling, and a barn door to close off the walk-in closet. The stairway was transformed with the wainscoting and wrought iron hand railing. The entire home was refreshed from top to bottom with new paint, flooring and trim and all new fixtures and appliances. This was an incredibly rewarding full home renovation project!
