Aspen Gardens
These clients turned their basement into their master suite! They have a bedroom large enough for a king-sized bed, a master bathroom with walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space. They also have a lovely sitting for relaxation, a wet bar and seating for entertaining, and the gas fireplace adds comfort for the cooler season evenings.

This basement was customized into a welcoming suite so our client can offer a bed and breakfast accommodation for travelers to the University and Hospital.
Westmount
These return clients wanted to split their joint laundry room and bathroom into two separate spaces.
We added a doorway, installed tile flooring, a new smaller vanity, reinstalled the vintage clawfoot tub and repainted, all while protecting the stunning wallpaper. The laundry room got custom, built-in shelving and barn doors to hide the machines.
Our client now has a dreamy space to relax in.

Hillview Main Bathroom
This lovely client has a deep love of both colour and texture.
Using a hand-painted sink and tiles we transformed her main floor full bathroom into a fun space that appears transported from Mexico.
The eclectic mix of hand-painted tiles were installed in the back of the niche and in a pinwheel pattern on the floor. The dark grout really highlights the colours.
A custom vanity, granite countertops and matte-black fixtures bring the whole space together.

Hillview Ensuite
While we were in the neighbourhood we updated the ensuite bathroom as well.
This serene space is more reminiscent of the beaches of Mexico than the restaurants. The walls are a lovely sand colour, while the stacked subway tile has a lovely rustic patina to it. The Olympia Dahlia tile has a beautiful raised pattern that brings sand dollars to mind.

Highlands
Our client needed a bathroom update that respected the character of their early 1900s-era home.
Once we leveled the floors the vintage, repainted claw foot tub was repositioned next to the toilet to make space for a shower.
Gorgeous, large-format botanical wallpaper drove the colour scheme of the space including blue hex floor tile, deep blue grout, and brass fixtures throughout (both old and new).
The final touch is a candle chandelier hung above the tub for a touch of romantic elegance.
